Dacon Corp. Completes 62K-SF HQ Renovation for Sheehan Family Cos.

Natick-based design-build firm Dacon Corp. has completed a 62,000-square-foot headquarters renovation for local beer and spirits distributor Sheehan Family Cos. in Kingston.

Dacon’s renovations expanded the facility by 47,000 square feet, and included the addition of several more temperature-controlled areas and storage space. Additional renovations covered the remaining 15,000 square feet.

Sheehan Family Cos. is based in Kingston, a city on the eastern coast of Massachusetts, 37 miles south of Boston. The distributor’s portfolio includes contracts with Anheuser-Busch InBev, Margaritaville Brewing and Guinness.
