Joint Venture Acquires Industrial Portfolio In Southwest Suburban Chicago

Dacon Completes Expansion of Enfield Industrial Facility

Design build firm Dacon Corp. has completed the expansion of an industrial facility in Enfield, CONN.

The expansion includes a new 10,000-square-foot ISO-8 clean room which will house injection molding operations to support client Eppendorf’s main lines of syringes and pipettes. The project is in response to new sales growth. With the capacity to hold 100 employees, the conversion entails new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems, along with meeting the ISO standards for class 8 certification.
