D.C. Retail Center Trades for $3M

Commercial real estate brokerage firm KLNB has arranged the $3.2 million sale of Powder Mill Station, a 11,577-square-foot retail strip center in Beltsville, MD.

Located at 11101-11123 Baltimore Ave. in Beltsville, the center is fully occupied with 71% of tenant leases running until at least 2024, offering a stable and growing cash flow from the dedicated, community-focused tenant base. The current tenant roster includes Allstate, Boost Mobile, Liberty Tax, several restaurants and a family dental practice. The center was built in 1989.

KLNB represented the seller, an affiliate of CRC Commercial, in the transaction. CRC Commercial is the property’s original developer. The buyer was Ayala Vado Group LLC.
