CyrusOne Planning 206K-SF Data Center

CyrusOne Inc. is planning a 206,310-square-foot data center on 16 acres near Potranco Road and the Texas Business Park in San Antonio. The $64 million, two-story development represents the Dallas data center developer’s fifth data center on the metro’s far west side. Corgan is designing the building.

A development timeline was not available.

The data center REIT entered San Antonio in 2012; since then, it remodeled a facility, then built a second center. In 2016, the company filed construction paperwork for $22 million and $8.7 million data centers. Most of the centers are located on Westover Hills Boulevard.

CyrusOne operates more than 39 data centers worldwide.
