Cypress Partners Begins Pre-Leasing at Luxury Apartments in MI

Forum Flats, a new luxury apartment complex developed by a joint venture between two Michigan-owned and operated companies, Cypress Partners and Douglas Capital Partners, is set to open.

Forum Flats is comprised of three separate three-story buildings totaling 200 units with a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans. The property features a contemporary design with amenities, including a tenant lounge, pool, and dog park. The complex also offers easy access to major highways and is located at 295 Kirts Blvd. in Troy.

Construction on the project was led by the development team at Cypress Partners. It was designed by Royal Oak-based Krieger Klatt Architects and contracted by Tower Construction. “From our thoughtfully designed apartments to our unparalleled amenities, every aspect of Forum Flats has been crafted with the utmost attention to detail to offer residents a truly exceptional lifestyle experience,” said Mike Parks, Managing Member of Cypress Partners.
