Cymbal and DLT Celebrate Construction of Multi-Unit Luxury Residence Set to Open in Spring 2022

Cymbal Development and DLT Global recently held a celebration for an important milestone in the construction of Oasis Points Residences, a multi-unit waterfront property in Dania Beach. The project is three months ahead of schedule, despite the pandemic, and is set to open in Spring 2022. 

To mark the occasion, elected officials and public servants, including Mayor Tamara James, joined as the final piece of the structure was hoisted into place atop the highest point of the building.

Oasis will serve as the area’s first waterfront apartment complex, and will have 301 units, modern design, and both indoor and outdoor amenities such as a boat club, butterfly garden, waterfront boardwalk, fitness facility, and more. The 2.4-acre complex will be in close proximity to shopping, dining, and commercial spaces, as well as Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
