Cybersecurity Firm to Open Dual Headquarters in Bellevue and Austin
Cybersecurity firm Q5iD has slated dual ribbon-cutting ceremonies for next week on its two new headquarters, one in Bellevue, WA and the other in Austin, TX. The company had been based in the Portland, OR area since its founding in 2018, most recently in a 67,000-square-foot subleased space in Hillsboro, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.
“Our co-HQ location decision is a major component of our quantum-level growth strategy,” said Michael F. Marcotte, Q5iD’s president and CEO. “Austin and Bellevue are thriving enterprise class business/technology and infrastructure hubs.
“Both locations have thriving employment bases of the best engineering talent, locations of key business partners, tax and business friendly environments, and top quality of life,” he continued.
Q5iD’s Bellevue headquarters will be at 800 Bellevue Way NE, while its Austin base will be at 801 Barton Springs Rd. The company didn’t divulge the size of its space in either location.
