Cybersecurity Firm Leases 27K SF at One Manhattan West

Darktrace, a global leader in cybersecurity AI, will open a new office at Brookfield Properties’ One Manhattan West. The company has signed a long-term lease for 27,000 square feet, bringing One Manhattan West to 98% leased.  

“Manhattan West has proven to be one of the most sought-after places to work in New York City as visionary companies like Darktrace recognize the undeniable value of establishing a presence in the heart of a thriving neighborhood,” said Duncan McCuaig, EVP, leasing, Brookfield Properties. 

CBRE’s Joseph Fabrizi, Scott Gottlieb, Munish Viralam, Arkady Smolyansky and Evan Fiddle represented Darktrace. Brookfield Properties was represented in-house by McCuaig, David Caperna and PJ Massey, and by Cushman & Wakefield’s Howard Cross, Nicholas Dysenchuk, Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Robert Lowe, Bruce Mosler, John Santora and Ethan Silverstein.
