Cybersecurity Firm Commits to Flagship Office Space in Union Square

HUMAN Security, a cybersecurity company that safeguards enterprises and internet platforms, has signed a 13,809-square-foot lease at the Feil Organization’s 841 Broadway, an eight-story office building in Manhattan’s Unio Square neighborhood. The firm will occupy the entire second floor for seven years.

“Our client pivoted from a mostly remote-first model coming out of the pandemic to realizing it might be more advantageous to provide their employees a flagship destination to innovate together,” said Gary Ceder, managing director, and Peter Trivelas, executive managing rirector of Cushman & Wakefield, in a statement.

“The search was focused on options in the Union Square neighborhood with characteristics to help inspire culture and productivity. 841 Broadway has provided just that, with a transaction structure offering the flexibility to grow over time in alignment with HUMAN Security’s business plan.”

Ceder and Trivelas represented HUMAN Security. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Rob Fisher.
