Cyber Risk Management Firm Signs Five-Year Renewal of Midtown Offices

JLL represented SecurityScorecard, a global leader in cyber risk intelligence, in a five-year renewal of its full-floor headquarters at 1140 Ave. of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. A tenant since 2023, the company occupies 8,475 square feet across a full floor featuring a large private outdoor terrace and collaborative workspace.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Heather Thomas, Pierce Hance and Nicole Estevez represented the landlord in leasing negotiations. JLL managing director Valentin Stobetsky represented SecurityScorecard.

“1140 Ave. of the Americas offers everything a fast-growing technology company like SecurityScorecard is looking for,” said Stobetsky. “It has a premier Midtown location, outstanding transit access, modern amenities and a unique full-floor office with an expansive private outdoor terrace that enhances the employee experience. It’s an ideal environment for attracting top talent and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.”
