C&W to Market Florham Park 228K-SF Office Property

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 180 Park Avenue, a 228,350-square-foot office building in Florham Park, NJ. The property is owned by Vision Properties and The Birch Group.

Cushman & Wakefield’s team, including William O’Keefe, Courtney Rosenkrantz, and Brian Decillis, will serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the property.

Located at The Green at Florham Park, 180 Park Avenue is a three-story Class A property offering flexible floorplates and a range of service-based amenities, including a full-service cafeteria and coffee bar, conference center, fitness studio, tenant lounge, community dining area, and outdoor seating with walking trails.

Cushman & Wakefield is marketing multiple availabilities in the building, ranging from 4,500 square feet to 80,000 square feet.
