C&W to List NJ’s First High-End EV Charging Lot 

Cushman & Wakefield has been exclusively retained to lease a 1.42-acre electric vehicle (EV) charging lot at 1-23 Tompkins Point Road in Newark.  

The lot, owned by Axis Electrified, will be New Jersey’s first high-end electric truck charging facility. With access to Route 21, Route 9, and the New Jersey Turnpike, the lot will feature 8 ABB Terra 124 L3 chargers and 60 Terra AC Wallbox UL L2 chargers upon completion in Q4 2024.  

Cushman & Wakefield’s team, including Bill Waxman, Mindy Lissner, Jeff Volpi, and Chris Griffith, will serve as the exclusive leasing agents.
