C&W Services has appointed Michael Gill as senior director of Client Services, New England. Gill will oversee Engineering & Maintenance operations in the region.  

With over 30 years in building operations, facilities engineering, energy conservation, and sustainability, Gill has overseen prominent high-rise buildings in Greater Boston, including 100 Summer Street, 125 Summer Street, Center Plaza, and One Memorial Drive. Previously, Gill served as director of operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, implementing a Climate Action Plan focused on reducing Energy Use Intensity (EUI) and Carbon Use Intensity (CUI).
