C&W Helps Sell Hollywood’s Cinerama Parking Structure for $50M

Robertson Properties Group purchased Hollywood’s Cinerama Dome parking structure on Sunset Blvd. from CRA/LA for $50 million. The L.A.-based investor is owned by Decurion Corporation, the same company that owns both ArcLight Cinemas and Pacific Theatres.

As of now, it is unclear as to what the new owner plans to do with the 602,282-square-foot, 1,700-parking space structure that is attached to the historic Cinerama Dome Entertainment Center.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Marc Renard, Jimmy K. Chai, Manfred W. Schaub and Morgan Jackson represented the seller.
