C&W Markets Jamaica 12k-SF Retail Space for Lease

Cushman & Wakefield has been exclusively appointed to market a 12,500-square-foot retail space at 163-05 Archer Avenue in Jamaica for lease. Mitzi Flexer and Elizabeth Holmes from Cushman & Wakefield will lead the marketing efforts on behalf of the landlord, BRP Companies.

The location offers proximity to York College, LIRR, and Jamaica Terminal. The property is part of a 24-story mixed-use development featuring 605 residential units, with the retail space comprising three units.

Construction began in April 2021, and the ground-floor retail space is expected to be available in Q3 2023.
