Cushman & Wakefield has arranged several leases totaling 16,445 square feet at 400 Madison Avenue in Midtown in the fourth quarter. The 200,000-square-foot office property is located near Grand Central Station.  

The recent leases include Evertree Insurance, Tekne Capital Management, Cipher Capital LP, Think Outsourcing, Hogarth Davies Lloyd, and National Committee on American Foreign Policy.  

Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair, Lauren Hale, and Michelle Mean represented the landlord, Daishin America LLC, in the transactions. “We experienced a successful year at 400 Madison Avenue, signing 15 leases totaling 47,000 square feet throughout 2023. As tenants continue to prioritize wellbeing and accessibility, they will benefit from the property’s brand new, state-of-the-art conference center and tenant lounge, as well as Grand Central Madison’s entrance across the street from the building, allowing for direct access to numerous public transportation options,” said Blair.
