C&W Cooks Up Growth Strategy for Plan Do See America

New York-based Plan Do See America Inc., the U.S. affiliate of a global hospitality company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, is seeking to expand its presence across the U.S. The company is bringing in Cushman & Wakefield to advise on acquiring or partnering with a premier hospitality management company to facilitate its aggressive growth strategy.

Cushman & Wakefield Global Hospitality Group’s Daniel MacDonnell and Eric Melendez-Llu in Los Angeles will guide Plan Do See in efforts to grow both the breadth of services it offers, as well as achieve penetration in more tier one U.S. cities and other select leisure destinations.

Plan Do See America’s existing hotel, restaurant, and event venues include food and beverage services at private member club NeueHouse Hollywood, CA, Paley restaurant in Hollywood, CA, Dewitt Hotel in Chicago, Azabu Sushi in Manhattan, Deco Blue restaurant, and Lolo’s in Miami, with upcoming projects in Brooklyn, Washington D.C., and Honolulu.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
