C&W Signs Two, Brings Cader Corporate Center to 60% Leased

For more on what’s happening in Bay Area CRE, attend Connect San Francisco on May 12th at The Hibernia Bank.

Cushman & Wakefield has brought Cader Corporate Center in Petaluma, CA to 60% leased with the completion of  two leases, totaling 149,000 square feet. Slated for a Q3 completion, the industrial site encompasses 259,000 square feet and three buildings.

Clover Stornetta Farms, the first dairy in the U.S. to become American Human Certified, leased 64,000 square feet in Building C, while Scott Laboratories, a company providing wineries with lab services, leased Building A’s entire 85,000 square feet. Wine and cheese pair well together, even in CRE.

C&W’s North Bay Team of Trevor Buck, Steven Leonard, and Brian Foster represented the co-manager of the property, New York Life Real Estate Investors, on behalf of the owner MNCVAD-INd Petaluma CA LLC. Buck also represented Clover Stornetta Farms, and worked with Leonard to represent Scott Labs and New York Life in the second transaction.
