CW Capital Partners Obtains $33M Acquisition Loan for 262K-SF Portfolio
CW Capital Partners secured $33.1 million in financing to acquire a three-property, 262,000-square-foot industrial/flex portfolio in Englewood, CO. H.I.G Realty Partners, an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, provided the five-year, floating rate loan for the portfolio, which is 80% occupied. Wisconsin-headquartered Hendricks Commercial Properties LLC sold the portfolio to the New York buyer for $41 million.
The portfolio consists of:
- The 147,550-square-foot 8560 Upland Dr.
- The 64,676-square-foot 8490 Upland Dr.
- The 50,400-square-foot 14800 Grasslands

Realty Partners. “H.I.G. was able to provide the capital and flexibility for CW to succeed in executing their strategy.”
