C&W Arranges Eight NJ Leases Totaling 72K SF 

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged renewals and new leases covering 70,685 square feet across Opal Holdings’ Centerline at Metropark in Middlesex County, NJ, spanning four office buildings.  

The deals include renewals by Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis, LLP and M&T Bank at 99 Wood Ave S. New signings include BCT Group, Atkins Réalis USA Inc., Dermodity, Tanisha, Aspire, and P360 in various Metropark locations. 

Recently rebranded as Centerline, the Opal Portfolio spans 1.5 million square feet across multiple Class A buildings. Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand, Kevin Carton, Paul Giannone and Brody Strickland represented the landlord in the transactions.
