C&W Arranges 3K-SF Lease in Westport for Sushi Jin & Lounge
Cushman & Wakefield has secured a long-term lease for Sushi Jin & Lounge at 44 Main Street in Westport, bringing the property’s occupancy to 100%. The 3,061-square-foot lease was arranged by Alan Schmerzler and Kathleen Fazio of C&W, Westport Main Street Retail, LLC, in the transaction.
The space, located adjacent to Oka near Bedford Square complex, features an all-glass entry storefront facing Elm Street and offers access to free municipal parking. “This transaction is great for the building, for Main Street in general and, more importantly, it adds to the vibrant and diverse food and beverage environment in downtown Westport,” said Schmerzler.
