C&W Arranges 23K-SF Lease Extension for TF Cornerstone

Cushman & Wakefield facilitated a 23,000-square-foot lease extension at 1881 Campus Commons in Reston, VA, for landlord TF Cornerstone. The tenant, Quadrant, Inc., will continue to operate its global headquarters there.

The Cushman & Wakefield team, led by Tom Walsh, Matt Bundy, Paige Barger, and Chloe Eyring, represented TF Cornerstone, while Dan Falls of CBRE represented Quadrant, Inc.

The 1881 Campus Commons building offers 245,755 square feet of Class A office space in the Reston Station submarket and is undergoing enhancements. “Extending our relationship with quality tenants like Quadrant Inc. is a key part of our thesis in expanding our Reston holdings. This transaction should demonstrate to the market that the office buildings at The Commons will remain Class A office assets well into the 2030’s and beyond,” said Ken Houle, vice president at TF Cornerstone.
