C&W Arranges 21K SF of Leases in Greenwich

Cushman & Wakefield facilitated three lease renewals totaling 21,152 square feet at 55 Railroad Avenue, a Class A office building in Greenwich, CT.

Kensico Capital, LoanCore Capital, and Centerbook Partners renewed leases for 11,016, 6,311, and 3,825 square feet respectively. Jay Hruska represented the landlord, Railroad Properties LLC, while tenant representation was provided by JLL’s Ed Tonnessen, Steve Anderson for LoanCore Capital Markets, and Newmark’s Steve Banker for Centerbook Partners.

“We are thrilled these tenants have chosen to remain at 55 Railroad Avenue. The property’s prime location, accessibility and proximity to amenities makes it a great fit for a variety of tenants,” said Hruska. “Office leasing activity has remained strong in the Greenwich Central Business District over the first quarter.” The building features a renovated entrance and lobby by Robert A.M. Stern, outdoor gardens, 24/7 security, and parking.
