C&W Arranges 191K-SF Full-Building Lease in BK
Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated a full-building lease for Mayrock Group at Crossroads Commerce Center in North Brunswick, a property totaling 191,481 square feet. The automotive manufacturer and 3PL provider will occupy the entire building.
Representing the landlord, Principal Asset ManagementSM, Cushman & Wakefield’s team included Mindy Lissner, Bill Waxman, Christine Eberle, David Gheriani, Jeff Volpi, and Morgan Nitti. “Crossroads Commerce Center is a high-image logistics center located in the heart of New Jersey’s distribution corridor,” said Lissner.
Situated on 17 acres along U.S. Route 1, Crossroads Commerce Center features built-to-suit office space, a 40-foot clear height, 29 tailboard doors, two drive-in doors, and 31 trailer parking spots.
