C&W Appoints Jimo Liu as Executive MD in NJ
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Jimo Liu as an executive managing director. Based in the Iselin office, Liu will provide real estate brokerage and advisory services, with a focus on multi-market third-party logistics firms.
With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, Liu negotiated over 1 million square feet of industrial leases in 2021. He will join Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team led by Chuck Fern. Liu previously served as senior vice president at Avison Young and vice president at HHE Investment Inc. He started his career in investment management at The MDE Group.
