C&W Appoints Javier Lezamiz Senior Managing Director, Asset Services

Cushman & Wakefield has named Javier Lezamiz as senior managing director of Asset Services for New York City and Long Island.

Lezamiz will oversee property management for the firm’s New York City portfolio. With over 25 years of industry experience, Lezamiz has been with Cushman & Wakefield for five years, previously serving as a managing director.
