C&W Adds Valuation and Appraisal Trio
Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office recently hired three valuation and appraisal professionals, continuing the firm’s local area and nationwide expansion.
Michael Gathman, MAI, was previously with NPV advisers and served as an appraiser with other companies. He has provided valuation services in the mixed-use, industrial, office, retail, hotel and multifamily sectors.
Andrew Menick, MAI, MRICS, was a CBRE vice president responsible for appraisals for multiple property types throughout the Midwest. He will specialize in low-income housing tax credits and GSE-sponsored assignments.
Kari Olbrecht, MAI, was a senior vice president for Stout Advisory’s valuation and advisory group and returns to C&W. Specializing in valuation consulting, she has provided services for various property types.
“The additions of Michael, Andrew, and Kari are a tremendous asset for our Chicago team and for our clients across the Midwest region,” said Mike Schaeffer, Cushman & Wakefield’s executive managing director of valuation and advisory.
