Biethan OLeary Rondello

C&W Adds Trio to Valuation Roster

Valuation professional Scott Biethan recently joined Cushman & Wakefield’s valuation and advisory practice in Seattle. Biethan, a lodging expert, will focus on business development and recruiting, and growing his hospitality practice in the Pacific Northwest.

Biethan returns to Cushman & Wakefield after working at the firm for two decades between 1986 and 2005. He was a commercial real estate appraiser and hotel specialist/consultant before being elevated to the role of city lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s Seattle office. Biethan was previously a principal at McKee Appraisal Real Estate and Consulting in Seattle.

“Scott is a proven leader and talent within the industry and is also one of the brightest and most respected authorities in the hospitality sector,” said Robert Skinner, executive managing director and U.S. lead, valuation and advisory with Cushman & Wakefield.

The firm has also added to its V&A roster with Seattle veteran appraisers Julian Rondello and Keenan O’Leary. Rondello will focus on institutional assets with a concentration on the class-A office sector, while O’Leary will specialize in the hospitality sector.

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
