C&W Adds Top DTLA Arts District Team to Fold
Cushman & Wakefield added one of DTLA’s top brokerage teams that’s been involved in some of the most prominent Arts District deals. Brandon Gill, Brandon Burns, and Jae Yoo join as Executive Directors from rival CBRE.
The trio brings 53 years of combined CRE experience, including a host of high-profile adaptive reuse projects that helped transform the Art’s District. Included among its transactional accomplishments are the Ford Factory, the Coca-Cola Building, 6th and Alameda, Hyperloop Campus, 520 Mateo, and AT MATEO.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew McDonald said, “The addition of Brandon Gill, Brandon Burns, and Jae Yoo to our brokerage platform solidifies Cushman & Wakefield’s No. 1 market share in industrial and adaptive reuse properties in Downtown Los Angeles.”
