CVS Pharmacy has signed a 10-year lease renewal for 10,000 square feet of space at Wellington Tower, a luxury condominium tower on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

“CVS has an incredibly robust presence throughout New York City and the country, and we welcome their ongoing commitment at the retail portion of 350 E. 82nd St.,” said Jordan S. Claffey, head of RFR Retail.

RFR currently owns and operates the roughly 32,000-square-foot retail portion at the base of the building, which RFR built in 1999 of limestone, granite and brick. The retail space is 100% leased.
