Cutwater Spirits Leases Miramar Industrial Property for COVID-19 Support

Cutwater Spirits leased a 48,000-square-foot, freestanding industrial building in San Diego’s Miramar neighborhood. The new space will support the company’s expanded focus on creating hand sanitizer and its existing craft distilling operations. The space will be used for storage.

The building was built in 1982 and is located at 8123 Miralani Dr. It is less than two miles from Cutwater Spirits’ current headquarters. In March, Cutwater Spirits began creating hand sanitizer at its San Diego distilling facility to support the community response to the COVID-19 crisis.

CBRE’s Sean Williams, SIOR, represented tenant. Colliers International’s Evan McDonald, SIOR, advised the landlord, MBP Associates.

Colliers’ McDonald says, “8123 Miralani Drive will provide the needed space for storage for  other purposes, so Cutwater Spirits can continue to focus its efforts on creating hand sanitizer and craft spirits.”
