CushWake’s Preuss and Louie Market Adjacent Hotels Near LaGuardia

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to market for sale 183-15 and 183-31 Horace Harding Expressway, two newly-built adjacent hotels flying Marriott flags in the Flushing section of Queens. The firm’s Stephen R. Preuss and Kevin Louie are leading the marketing efforts on behalf of East West Realty Development Group, LLC.

“183-15 and 183-31 Horace Harding Expressway presents an investor with a rare opportunity to acquire Marriott branded hotels in one of the most thriving neighborhoods in Queens,” said Preuss. “Newly built with a total of 218 keys, it is ripe to become a hospitality hub.”

183-15 Horace Harding has been branded as a Courtyard Marriott, while 183-31 Horace Harding has been branded as a Fairfield Inn & Suites. The two properties each include fitness centers, conference rooms, lobby café and indoor/outdoor valet parking.

The property can be delivered vacant. It is located near LaGuardia Airport.
