CushWake’s Jason deVries Adds Seattle, Bellevue Offices to Plate

Cushman & Wakefield’s managing principal in Portland has added two additional offices in the Pacific Northwest to his responsibilities. Jason deVries is now also managing the brokerage firm’s Seattle and Bellevue operations.

The Washington offices have nearly 50 CRE team members including senior leadership in its appraisal group, as well as the project development group.

He told the Portland Business Journal, “Similar to Portland, our brokerage team [in the Puget Sound] is a good mix of seasoned veterans as well as some relative newcomers, and our more experienced brokers who have been through a downturn before have been great in reaching out to encourage our younger brokers.”

He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 after 14 years at Klamath Falls, OR-based JELD-WEN, the largest privately-held company in Oregon and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of windows and doors. He served as the Director of Corporate Real Estate and also oversaw M&A, with total sales and project volume exceeding $600 million.
