CushWake’s Institutional Team Adds Director in Chicago

Cushman & Wakefield has added 20-year veteran Josh McGee as managing director with the firm’s corporate capital markets. He’ll be based in Chicago and Cincinnati.

McGee will provide advice, analysis and execution to Cushman & Wakefield’s institutional clients in the disposition of single-tenant assets and sale leasebacks. He will also provide credit analysis for single-tenant sales and multi-tenant sales where one tenant represents a significant part of the rent roll.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, McGee was executive director with JP Morgan’s Asset Management High Yield business unit for four years. Throughout his career, McGee has been directly involved in raising both debt and equity capital for public companies as well as private institutional investors ranging from sovereign wealth funds to family offices.

“Josh is recognized across the industry for his track record of delivering sound advice and outstanding results to his clients,” said Vicki Noonan, Chicago managing principal.
