CushWake Team Will Lease Up Ridgewood’s Film Factory

Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to lease up 85,500 square feet at 48-05 Metropolitan Ave. in Ridgewood, also known as The Film Factory. Available space includes opportunities for light industrial, office/flex and retail tenants.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Joshua Kleinberg, Dale Braverman, Stephen R. Preuss, Andreas Efthymiou and Rani Bendary is marketing available space.

“This property offers great opportunities for a multitude of potential users,” said Kleinberg. “We have seen a lot of demand for industrial and factory space throughout the borough and are thrilled to be marketing space at this new asset.”

A new-construction building spanning 140,748 square feet, The Film Factory is slated to be fully operational in January 2021. The asset will offer mixed-use spaces for office, light industrial, manufacturing and production studios. The property will also house media and entertainment support services.
