CushWake Team Markets Retail Condo Near Columbus Circle

Cushman & Wakefield was retained on an exclusive basis to arrange for the sale of 940 Eighth Ave., a 9,500-square-foot retail condominium property two blocks south of Columbus Circle in Midtown. A team of Maurice Suede, Will Conrad, Jonathan Garfinkel, Dan Soyak and Charlotte Redican will represent the seller, Assa Properties, in all marketing efforts. An asking price wasn’t disclosed.

“This property has two well-established retail tenants and is located in a vibrant consumer spending location,” said Suede. “Situated just blocks away from Central Park, Columbus Circle, Nordstrom’s Megastore and multiple new residential developments, 940 Eighth is situated in one of the better retail markets in Manhattan.”

At 940 Eighth, Indikitch occupies 5,250 square feet of ground and lower-level space through April of 2024, while Lenwich is occupying 4,250 square feet of ground and lower level space through May of 2024.
