CushWake Team Lists Bronx Parcel Zoned for Light Industrial

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to arrange for the sale of an M1-zoned city block located at Webster Avenue and the Cross Bronx Expressway. Situated in the Claremont neighborhood of the Bronx, the 40,689-square-foot site includes 24,813 square feet of building improvements.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jonathan Squires, Maurice Suede, Dan Soyak, Josh Neustadter and Michael Fioravanti will be leading marketing efforts.

“This property is ideally located at the intersection of Webster Avenue and the Cross Bronx Expressway,” said Squires. “The opportunity presents nearly an acre of industrial land at the major artery of the Bronx, which also serves as the connection of New York City to the mainland.”

The site currently features a drive-thru Taco Bell / KFC, multiple garages, warehouses and factories, as well as a mixed-use retail and residential building on a separate tax lot.
