CushWake Taps Tyler Reynolds as Managing Director in Miami

Cushman & Wakefield has tapped Tyler Reynolds as managing director in the firm’s Miami office. Reynolds joins Matthew Cheezem, Vice Chair, who returned to Cushman & Wakefield in late 2020.

Reynolds specializes in advising organizations ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to start-up enterprises in the development and execution of comprehensive real estate strategies that optimize financial outcomes and support long-term business objectives. Previously, Reynolds was a vice president at JLL where he represented a number of prominent tenants in South Florida. Both Reynolds and Cheezem started their careers at Cushman & Wakefield.

“I’m beyond excited to welcome Matthew and Tyler back to our Cushman & Wakefield family,” said Gian Rodriguez, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office. “Tyler is one of the industry’s rising stars, while Matthew brings with him a long-established track record of winning and servicing local, national and international occupiers. Their return bolsters our market-leading position and provides meaningful scale to our corporate growth initiatives.”
