CushWake Tapped to Lease Up 3.3M-SF South Jersey Industrial Park

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Matthew Marshall, Jeffrey Williams and Chuck Fern will market the 3,327,355-square-foot Logan North Industrial Park in Logan Township, NJ on behalf of Greek Development and Advance Realty. The leasing assignment follows the 415-acre property’s sale to its current ownership in 2016, which Cushman & Wakefield brokered.

“There are less than a dozen sites across the state that could accommodate these large-format buildings, making Logan North a highly-considered choice for firms looking to locate or relocate their distribution in Southern New Jersey’s rapidly growing industrial market,” said Marshall.

The master-planned industrial campus consists of 11 buildings ranging in size from 90,000 to 1.1 million square feet, with build-to-suit opportunities. “Philadelphia is quickly evolving as a distribution destination, and there is a growing need for modern Class A space in a range of sizes,” said F. Greek’s David Greek.
