CushWake Tapped to Lease NYC’s First Class A Spec Industrial

Cushman & Wakefield will handle leasing Brooklyn Logistics Center, a two-building, 214,000-square-foot single story industrial facility at 12555 and 12595 Flatlands Ave. in Brooklyn.  Built on spec and developed by Wildflower Ltd, Brooklyn Logistics Center is slated for completion in October 2019, and will serve as New York City’s first Class-A spec warehouse.

The New York New Jersey Industrial Leasing Team led by Frank Liggio, Joshua Kleinberg and Rico Murtha in the outer boroughs, and Jules Nissim and Stan Danzig in New Jersey, will be spearheading marketing efforts for the property.

“Last-mile industrial space is a necessity in today’s supply chain and highly sought after in this dense market where e-commerce is the growing preference of millions of residents,” said Liggio.  “The property’s central location and state-of-the art design will enable companies to fulfill the rising demand for same-day and next-day delivery services.”
