CushWake Tapped to Lease Atlanta’s ‘King and Queen’ Buildings
Cushman & Wakefield has been tapped to oversee leasing at Concourse Corporate Center V and VI, two office towers known as the “King and Queen” buildings in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket.
The 1.3 million-square-foot towers are located at Concourse Office Park, which totals 2 million square feet of Class A office space. The property includes a 372-room Westin Hotel with conference facilities and the Concourse Athletic Club. Additional amenities include multiple on-site restaurants, cafes and newsstands as well as two miles of running/walking trails. Concourse Corporate Center V and VI are currently 87% leased to tenants including Atlanticus, Willis Towers Watson, BCD Travel and Aprio.
Glenn Kolker, Caroline Nolen, Re’Nauta Bell and Molly Millard of Cushman & Wakefield will lease the towers on behalf of Building and Land Technology (BLT) and Regent Partners.
