CushWake Tapped to Lease 360K-SF Office Building in Orlando

Cushman & Wakefield has been tapped to lease Sea Harbor Office Center, a 360,000-square-foot office building in Orlando.

Located at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, the eight-story building features a suite of amenities that includes an on-site dining hall with Starbucks coffee service, 24/7 on-site security and a modern fitness center. The property also includes a five-level parking structure as well as surface parking. The property currently has two floors available totaling more than 88,000 square feet.

Todd Davis, Robert Kellogg and Colin Morrison of Cushman & Wakefield have been tapped to lease the building on behalf of landlord Northridge Capital.
