CushWake Signs 40K-SF of Leases at Queens Logistics Center

Cushman & Wakefield arranged more than 40,000 square feet of new leases at the Queens Logistics Center, a multi-story industrial facility in Jamaica, Queens. The firm is now marketing 50,000 square feet of flex space and 75,000 square feet of prime last-mile industrial space at the 615,515-square-foot property.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Frank Liggio, Joshua A. Kleinberg and Dale M. Braverman is representing the landlord, Madison Realty Capital, in all marketing efforts.

“The Queens Logistics Center is one of the region’s largest industrial properties in Queens,” said Frank Liggio. “With a tremendous amount of interest spanning different sectors, along with the lack of industrial facilities in the boroughs, this property is a strategic location for a last mile distribution/back office storage and general warehouse uses,” added Kleinberg.

Recent signings at Queens Logistics Center include Q-Trex and BTS Fulfillment, while Arch Auto Parts elected to renew its lease.

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Tuesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click here.
