CushWake Secures Four Office Leases in Woburn

Cushman & Wakefield has secured four office leases at MetroNorth Corporate Center, a two-building, 220,000-square-foot office property in Woburn.

The firm represented landlord Eastport Real Estate Services as the exclusive leasing agent for the property, which is also known as Presidential Way. The tenants signed include Ultragenyx, Medical Exam Works, Biofrontera, and Insperity. The size of the leases was not disclosed.

Presidential Way is also part of a larger development consisting of 1.3 million square feet of hotel, office, and retail space. The office park attracts an array of businesses, including those seeking medical or lab space outside of the Cambridge area.
