CushWake Secures 36K SF of Leases at Boca Raton’s Sabre Centre 1

Cushman & Wakefield has secured three new office leases totaling 36,539 square feet at Sabre Centre I, a six-story office property owned by Grover Corlew in Boca Raton.

John Criddle and Joseph Freitas of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated leases with new tenants, Gift of Life, The North West Co., and Jay @ Play, on behalf of Corlew.

Non-profit organization Gift of Life signed a 21,807-square-foot lease for its headquarters; Canada-based retailer The North West Co. leased 10,717 square feet for its U.S. HQ; and toy manufacturer Jay @ Play leased 4,015 square feet for a headquarters and showroom at Sabre Centre I. Other notable tenants at Sabre Centre I include BSN, IWS, Lamark Media and Education Dynamic.
