CushWake Secures 32K-SF Industrial Lease in Deerfield Beach

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 31,847-square-foot industrial lease expansion at Quiet Water Business Park in Deerfield Beach on behalf of tenant Monogram Windows & Doors, a distributor of impact-resistant windows and doors. The company is expanding its footprint from its current 12,000-square-foot lease.

The South Florida-based Monogram Windows & Doors serves Broward, Dade, Palm Beach, Collier and Lee counties. The company distributes and installs a broad line of hurricane impact-resistant glass products, including a variety of specialty insulated and Low E windows and doors, all of which meet Florida’s impact requirements and energy codes.

Rick Etner, Chris Metzger, Christopher Thomson and Director Matthew McAllister of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease at 740 S. Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach. Monogram Windows & Doors is relocating from another building within the park. Tony Hoover of CBRE represented the landlord, Quiet Waters Business Park, in the transaction.
