CushWake Secures 30K-SF Office Lease in Charlotte

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 30,000-square-foot lease for independent fiber bandwidth company Segra’s headquarters at the Woodward Building at Ballantyne in Charlotte.

Located at 11215 North Community House Rd., the 10-story Woodward Building was constructed in 2011 and totals 284,212 square feet. The LEED Gold Certified building includes a two-story lobby and all-glass exterior curtain walls.

Graham Stoneburner, John Christenbury and Keith Bell of Cushman & Wakefield represented Segra in the lease negotiations. The landlord, Northwood Office, was represented in house by Kim Kendall. Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Development Services team has been retained to oversee build-out.
