CushWake Secures 30K-SF Lease at R&D Facility in Raleigh-Durham
Cushman & Wakefield has secured a 30,335-square-foot lease at Research Triangle Park in Raleigh-Durham for bioMASON, a company that grows cement materials using microorganisms.
Deb Boucher and Paul Cranfill of Cushman & Wakefield represented bioMASON in securing the R&D facility, which will become the company’s new headquarters. The new headquarters will be located at 2 Triangle Dr. and sits on more than 12 acres. The facility features approximately 15,000 square feet of lab space and 14,000 square feet of office space.
“Since 2016, we have outgrown our space and moved our headquarters to 2 Triangle Drive. We now have two facilities in Research Triangle Park. We are converting our 21,000-square-foot space into a fully dedicated production plant for our bioLITH tile, and growing product line,” said Ginger Krieg Dosier, president and CEO at bioMASON. “The decision to stay in RTP is a reflection on the prominence of the Park and its centralized location, as well as attracting world class talent.”
