CushWake Secures 25K-SF Office Lease at Northyards Business Park

Cushman & Wakefield has secured a 24,936-square-foot office lease for Lion RE: Sources Inc. at Northyards Business Park in Atlanta. Northyards is an innovation and office complex on the western edge of Atlanta’s downtown.

Aileen Almassy of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, MetLife Investment Management, in the transaction. Bill Kilborn of CBRE advised the tenant.

Northyards totals 276,532 square feet and was redeveloped in 2001. The 17-acre property features free parking, a food truck program, MARTA bus stops, and is fiber optimized. The property is also located in an Opportunity Zone.
