CushWake Secures 22K-SF Office Lease in Charlotte

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 22,243-square-foot office lease for Community Alternatives at INQ @ 2401, an office property in Charlotte. Based in Norfolk, VA, Community Alternatives is a nonprofit providing health and human services.

Located at 2401 Sardis Rd. N. at the intersection of Independence Boulevard and Sardis Road, INQ totals 162,372 square feet. The property includes high ceilings and 40-foot column spacing as well as a new HVAC, roof, façade, parking lot and landscaping.

Zach McLaren and Matt Bowen of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Joe Franco and Stephanie Spivey of CBRE represented the undisclosed landlord.
